Home sale transactions often fall apart if there are unanticipated problems discovered during the buyers' inspection of the property and the seller and buyer fail to agree on a remedy. Unexpected problems can also increase the seller's stress and anxiety due to delays in closing, the need to make last minute repairs, or having to consider a lower price for their home.
